Flexible Spending Plan
The Town of Littleton utilizes Flex America as our Flexible Spending Plan Administrator. You will find a complete array of forms and tools to assist you in planning and maintaining your FSA and dependent care accounts at payflex.com. For your specific account information visit payflex.com and login with the ID and password provided to you upon initial enrollment. New Enrollment for the next calendar year is in November of each year.
Enrollment for 2017 will be open from November 11-30, 2016. If you are a current 2016 Payflex member, you should renew online. If you are not renewing, you must complete a new paper enrollment. You will find instructions for both methods below.
Please note the annual election must total $2000 or less for FSA and $5000 or less for Dependent Care. Please visit payflex.com for information to assist you in making your election. That election should divide evenly into the number of pay periods you have. Please make sure you round down to the nearest penny.
If you receive a paycheck during the year and the summer months, you should indicate 24 pay periods.
If you do not receive a paycheck during the summer you should indicate 18 pay periods.
Instructions for Online Enrollment
For paper enrollments, please print the enrollment form, complete it by indicating your per pay election and your payroll schedule, and send it over to the Treasurer's Office.

2016 END OF YEAR REMINDERS
All services must be incurred on or before December 31, 2016 and all 2016 claims must be sent to Payflex prior to February 28, 2017.
New cards for those that expire January 2016 will be mailed directly from Payflex in early January. Cards are good for five years so check your expiration date to determine if you should be expecting a new card.
If your debit card was inactivated due to lack of supporting documentation or ineligible expenses, you must clear your account with Payflex before it will be reactivated.
If you require a new card due to being lost, damaged or stolen you will need to contact customer service to validate your account and request a new card. The telephone number for Customer service is 800-284-4885. Member service Representatives are available to assist you Monday – Friday from 7am CST to 7pm CST and Saturday from 9am CST to 2pm CST.
