The Board of Selectmen has voted to create a Board of the chairs of elected boards to work together and to share concerns about the best interests of Littleton. In addition to elected officials, the Board of the Chairs will invite other Town boards and committees who may have a special interest in the agenda items of specific meetings. The Board of Chairs’ first order of business will be a discussion of the infrastructure needs of the Town of Littleton, and the development of two 10-year infrastructure plans, one for maintenance, the other for new development, to be submitted to the Board of Selectmen by not later than February 18, 2011. Maintenance plans could include the Town Hall, Fire Station, the track, etc. The new development plan could include the library, recreation department, COA, etc.
