April 2017 Update:
Littleton Master Plan 2030 Q & A session will be held Thursday, April 27 from 7 to 9 p.m. in Room 103 of Town Hall. Stop in when you wish, stay as long or as little as you care! MPUSC members will be available to answer your Littleton Master Plan questions! Hope to see you there.
The Littleton Planning Board voted unanimously to ADOPT the Littleton Master Plan 2030 at their meeting of Thursday, April 20, 2017. The MPUSC voted unanimously to recommend the Littleton Master Plan 2030 to the Planning Board!!

January 10, 2017 MPUSC Meeting: The Master Plan Update Steering Committee will be meeting Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Department Community Meeting Room at 500 Great Road. Issues on the agenda include Draft Strategies Discussion; details for the January 25 Open House Public Forum; and the Draft Table of Contents for the Master Plan.

Topic Area Charrette: Friday, October 14 and Saturday October 15 you're invited:
Read the flyer for the October 14 and 15 "Topic" charrette - Open Space and Recreation; Agriculture and Food Systems; Transportation, Public Facilities, and Economic Development.
Public Workshop 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. Fri, Oct. 14 at Littleton Middle School cafeteria and
Public Visioning Workshop 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon Sat, Oct. 15 at Littleton Middle School cafeteria
The charrette will be an intensive two-day discussion and planning exercise which will help inform the specific topic areas and sections of the Littleton Master Plan. This engagement session is part of the larger Master Plan process for the entire Town of Littleton. We need your input on ways to address these critical topic areas as we move forward through the process. You are welcome to attend any or all of the events listed above.

May 12, 2016 Update: The next MPUSC meeting is 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 in Room 103 of Town Hall. Consultant Judi Barrett of RKG and her team provided: meeting memo, annotated agenda, proposed agenda, updated draft Public Participation Plan, and an outline for the June 13 Public Forum. These items are for discussion at the May 17 meeting. Public is welcome or watch live on LCTV or online at LCTV OnDemand!
April 26, 2016: Consultant Daphne Politis of Community Circle shared Examples and Ideas for Youth Participation in the Master Plan process.
April 19, 2016 Update: The next MPUSC meeting will be TONIGHT, Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at 7:15 p.m. in Room 103 of Town Hall. Consultants will present a summary of the Initial Interviews conducted on April 1 and 5, 2015, work on branding Littleton's Master Plan process, and outline upcoming Public Input opportunities with the draft Public Participation Plan and Diagram of the public participation process to be discussed. NOVEMBER 4, 2015 UPDATE: The Master Plan RFP Pre-bid conference/briefing was held Tuesday, November 3 at 7:00 p.m. See the PRESENTATION by Committee Chair Paul Avella; sign-in sheet; and list of requests for the RFP. Littleton Cable TV has posted the taped presentation at the LCTV On-Demand page, (search for MPUSC 11/3/2015). Written questions are due by 4 p.m. Friday, November 6, 2015. Responses/clarifications, if needed will be issued November 13.
OCTOBER 14, 2015 UPDATE: The Master Plan Update Steering Committee is pleased to announce today's release of the Request for Proposals for Littleton Master Plan. Details can be found here.

JUNE 2015 UPDATE: The Master Plan Update Steering Committee is inviting any and all current Board/Committee/Commission members to attend their Tuesday, June 23, 2015 meeting at 7:00 p.m. in Room 103 of Town Hall, 37 Shattuck Street. Invitation
Residents are always welcome! Meetings are scheduled for the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month.
On September 11, 2014, the Board of Selectmen and Planning Board jointly met and voted to establish a Master Plan Update Steering Committee to assist the Planning Board in updating the Town’s Master Plan, including preparation of a review/critique of the 2002 master plan document and a proposed scope of services for the update.
The Steering Committee is comprised of twelve (12) members, as follows:
- two members each of the Planning Board and Board of Selectmen;
- four members drawn from other Town boards reflecting the various elements of the Master Plan; and
- four members of the community at-large.
Members of the Steering Committee are Planning Board members Richard Crowley and Peter Scott; Selectmen Paul Avella and Melissa Hebert; town board members Mike Fontanella (School Committee), Gary Lacroix (Sustainability), and Paul Glavey (Finance Committee); and community-at-large members Michael Zeldin, Joseph Ficociello, John Bielefeld, and Renato Nakagomi.
