Expedited Permitting in Littleton

The Town of Littleton is committed to encouraging economic development which is consistent with community character.

IBM, Cisco approved as Priority Development Sites. The Commonwealth’s Interagency Permitting Board  has approved the Town of Littleton’s expedited permitting application under MGL C.43D and designated two Priority Development Sites (PDS) in Littleton: (1) 550 King Street (Map U8, Parcel 10-- the “IBM” site owned by National Development)  and (2) the Cisco Systems site on Great Road (Map R18, Parcel 1-2). Littleton's11/5/07 Town Meeting had designated both properties as Priority Development Sites. See the expediting permitting procedures adopted by the Board of Selectmen on December 8, 2008.
