Why a Housing Production Plan for Littleton? MAPC is working with the Town of Littleton to develop a Housing Production Plan (HPP) that will guide market-rate and affordable housing type and location in the community. An HPP will help the Town meet the State-mandated affordable housing target and gain access to State funding.
