195 Tahattawan Subdivision - Healy Corner

Fall 2022 Update: The 195 Tahattawan property owner has filed a Form A application and ANR plan with the Planning Board and Town Clerk.

Please Note, as of November 9, 2022, the property owner has withdrawn this ANR Application and Plan.

A Preliminary Subdivision plan for the property at 195 Tahattawan Road was filed on October 26, 2018, and subsequently approved on February 7, 2019. The Preliminary layout plans show a conventional layout (density yield plan) and an Open Space plan. The Planning Board discussed a revised open space plan at their June 6, 2019 meeting, noting a preference for this updated plan.

Applications for a Definitive Subdivision and Open Space Special Permit were submitted to the Planning Board on August 19, 2019, and the Public Hearing was duly noticed and opened on September 4, 2019, continued over the course of several meetings, and was closed on June 4, 2020. The Planning Board voted on July 9, 2020, to approve, with conditions. Please see below for detailed information.
