254, 256, & 260 Ayer Road

Planning Board is reviewing the application for Aquifer & Water Resource District Special Permit, Major Commercial Use Special Permit, Site Plan Review, and Stormwater Permit for the redevelopment of 254, 265, and 260 Ayer Road, as well as parcels across Ayer Road. Details below. The Planning Board opened the Public Hearing for this redevelopment proposal on March 9, 2023, and the Public Hearing is scheduled to continue on May 18, 2023.
