8:15 p.m. Continued Public Hearing – Notice of Intent. 69 Matawanakee. (MADEP #204-09xx). Repair/replacement of boatshed.

8:45 p.m. Continued Public Hearing – Notice of Intent. Littleton Water Supply Connection. Whitcomb Ave and Taylor St. (MADEP #204-09xx). Connection of new water supply well to a WTP via raw water main, and construction of a finished water main from the LELWD system to bring a treated water supply to Boxborough.

9:05 p.m. Continued Public Hearing – Abbreviated Notice of Intent. 5 Kaleva Road. (U29-9-0; MADEP #204-0984). Removal of existing shed and construction of deck and shed.

Continued Public Hearing – Notice of Intent. Healy Corner – 195 Tahattawan (R07-1-0; MADEP # 204-0899). Construction of an open space development including tree clearing and grubbing, grading, construction of a subdivision roadway stormwater management systems, septic systems and multiple single family dwelling. Continued to December 5, 2023 at request of applicant’s representative.
Continued Public Hearing – Notice of Intent. Foster Street Reconstruction. (MADEP #204-0991). Pavement reclamation and full depth reconstruction along Foster Street, new 10 foot wide shared-use path, addition of curbing in some areas, installation of new water main, new catch basins, realignment of Grimes/Foster intersection and addition of midblock crosswalks. Continued to December 5, 2023 at request of applicant’s representative.
