Notice is hereby given by the Littleton Conservation Commission that a Public Meeting will be held under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act., MGL, Chapter 131, Section 40 and Littleton Local Wetland By-law on Tuesday November 28, 2023at 7:45 p.m. to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability.  This Request is submitted for replacement of a septic system. There will be no in-person public attendance. The Public may participate by watching or joining remotely; remote access information will be posted on the Agenda 48 hours in advance of the meeting. The Agenda will be posted on the bulletin board outside Town Hall and on the Town website at littletonma.org. The application can be viewed at https://www.littletonma.org/620/Conservation-Commission.
