Personnel Advisory Committee
Shall be advisory to the HR Department and Select Board on matters of personnel policies and practices which affect the employees under the compensation and classification plan of the Town of Littleton. This committee shall meet at least quarterly as well they will meet as necessary or at least annually with Select Board and the Finance Committee. This committee shall support the HR Department and the TA in the preparation and maintenance of an Employee Handbook.
