Here are a few tips for you as a resident:
- All solicitors MUST have a badge that is provided to them through the Clerk's Office. They receive that badge only after going through steps, including but not limited to, a CORI check through LPD.
- ASK for that badge. If they don't provide that badge, ask them to leave. If they will not leave, contact the non-emergency number at the Police Department at 978-540-2300. Please notify the Clerk's Office so that we can follow up with the company, as well as the LPD.
- If you feel threatened call 911.
