Sale of Town Owned Parcels
The Town will occasionally sell parcels that have been acquired by the Town. Requests for the purchase of parcels should be directed to the Board of Selectmen's Office. Please contact the Treasurer's Office if you have questions on specific parcels.

Abutter Lot Sales Program
The Abutter Lot Sales Program allows direct abutters to purchase smaller town-owned parcels. Abutters have used these parcels to improve their existing lots, allow for expansion of decks and garages and to perform septic improvements. Lots are added to the program through Town Meeting votes. Direct abutters are notified as lots are added to the program.
