On September 20, 2021, the Select Board voted to approve a Host Community Agreement with Community Care Collective, Inc. relative to 537 Great Road,, for a retail adult use marijuana establishment for the cultivation and manufacturing of marijuana products in a 16,183 square foot space, within the building located at 537 Great Road, Littleton, MA. The HCA is subject to approval by the Cannabis Control Commission and operation of the facility is contingent upon the issuance of any necessary Town permits and approvals. The HCA provides for annual community impact fee payments (for 5 years) equal to 1% of wholesale sales of marijuana or marijuana products produced at the facility for sale to itself of a third party.
