Nagog Hill Orchard Ad Hoc Working Group (INACTIVE)

The Nagog Hill Orchard Ad Hoc Working Group's charge is to review and propose a course of action the Town may take regarding the disposition of the Orchard. This Working Group was disbanded in 2025 after the property was leased to the Bransfield Tree Company. The page is maintained as an archive of documentation.

THE ORCHARD INCLUDES 49.5 ACRES OF AGRICULTURAL PRESERVATION RESTRICTION (APR) LAND FOR SALE OR LEASE FOR COMMERCIAL AGRICULTURAL PURPOSES ONLY (NOT FOR DEVELOPMENT). APR DOES NOT SUPPORT HOUSING ON THIS PROPERTY.
